Windows 10: Text select having white outline out of nowhere

The "text select" and "precision select" cursors changed theme out of nowhere adding big bold white outlines and there doesnt seem to be any way to fix it. This things ive tried areid the following on the host, sandbox and win10 vm. The OS Build in order are as follows: 23H2 22631.5335, 22H2 22621.5335, 22H2 19056.5854Checking with magnifier tool.In windows settings:Testing every mouse pointer style.Chaning mouse pointer size.In control panel mouse properties ive tried: Changing pointer scheme.After change also tested use default button.Enable/disable pointer shadow.Browsed for different

Weird text outlining- Windows 10

In the screenshot, I am unable to see any weird outlining. But if you are seeing any issue with the display then I suggest you to try installing all the pending Windows Updates and check for the issue. If the issue still persists then try changing
the resolution and check.

Text displaying outlined with white fill

Recently I have been noticing that text on websites will show up with an outline over a white fill rather than a solid color. I have not noticed any patterns in when it shows up. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and it still is happening. It has also occurred for a colleague who is on Windows 10. This example below was in Gmail.

Has anyone also experienced this and know the cause and/or a solution? Thank you.

 

How to change taskbar text back to white?
