    Windows phone upgraded to Windows 10 - lost all text messages

    Hi I upgraded my windows phone to Windows 10 but then I lost all my text messages. Microsoft don't seem to want to help. Any ideas?

    My phone is a BLU WIN JR LTE X130E

    I did not make a back up because there was no warning my text files would be affected.
