Windows 10: Text too small in some parts of Windows

Hello! I have recently got an 14 inch Asus laptop. I found the text too small for my vision, so I modified some settings to make it bigger. The problem is it does not increase in all parts of Windows. I attach photos with my settings sorry for the foreign language, hope you can assume the meaning and a photo with the parts where text is still small. Is there any way I can fix this?

Small tiles sometimes being half of its original size

I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Resize the app.

  Open the Start menu.
  
• 
  Right click on the icons (which are appearing small on your start menu) and click on Resize.
  
• 
  Select the option like small/medium/large/wide which you like. (Resize options vary from the app to app)
  

Step 2: If the particular app is missing/not there on Start menu.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type the app name in the search bar.
  
• 
  Once you see the pap name on the search bar, right click on it and click on Pin to start if the app is not there on Start menu. (you may click on Pin to taskbar also if you wish to pin the app to taskbar)

Text on certain apps super small

Thanks for your response, Sawa. Unfortunately, none of your suggestions helped and I doubt it's the issue with the apps themselves. It's probably a Windows or computer issue. I tried lowering resolution as suggested by others in different forums, but that did not help. Text is still extremely small. This is really annoying as it's making some apps unusable.
