Your screenshot just shows one instance of TextNow... but using 3 different protocols. The list of protocols is on the left in the first column. The second column, i.e. on the right, shows what app is currently assigned to each protocol. In your case, TextNow is currently assigned to 3 different protocols so you see 3 icons for TextNow... but they all point to the same TextNow program.

TextNow Free App on Windows Store is for free calling and texting , This App works like clockwork on Apple and Android devices free of charge, yet on Windows 8- 10 phones it is a $ pay app . This is a mistake because I am disabled,like many people , stay
home on WiFi the majority of the time. I can't use thistle app . I have Apple , Android & Windows phones ,which all have TextNow App , however, Windows Store is the only one that charges $ for using this App. I suggest this TextNow App be completely free to
help disabled people . After all, Apple and Android are free. Furthermore, it would help low-income and social security people, which is a large customer base. Why wouldn't Microsoft want to help these; disabled, low income and social security people and why
wouldn't TextNow do the same ?
