Windows 10: Texts on website are not correct. HELP!

I was using my CTRL and SHIFT and pressing some buttons on my keyboard for something and my text has been messed up ever since. I tried to replicate the scenario and I have failed to do so. I have snipped a picture from my browser to this thread hopefully someone else has seen this. It gives me a headache looking at these texts. The 'f' and 'd' test are bolded even though they are not suppose to be. The text is fuzzy and hard to read. I am using Opera GX Please help!This is from my google chrome:Both are done at 100% zoom.

Text Editor on Webpage

I'm creating a website that requires an advanced text editor, similar to the word processor in Google docs. I'm planning on creating the editor from scratch, but I'm not sure what language to use. I was thinking of using a Java applet, but I'm open to other suggestions. Some of the features that are required are highlighting and drawing (such as Microsoft Paint). Any suggestions would be helpful.

Why would a User who has encountered the problem of 'Predictive Text' suddenly now missing from their Windows 10 mobile device "Select the Option to turn off the “suggest text”"?

This strikes me as illogical to resolving the identified problem. I might understand if you instructed the User to restart their device then turn it On to see if toggling the setting might re-enable this service. However, that not being stated suggests an
oversight/error.

In my situation, my Lumia 950 XL no longer simply identifies 'correct' words as before. This became noticeable prior to the recent 9 step + 8 step series of Windows 10 Mobile updates.

I found this predictive text service quite helpful with respect to my 'large' fore-finger tip often unintentionally touching adjacent characters resulting in typing errors ranging from quite simple to utterly deranged 'words' which often are corrected by
simply touching one of the array of suggested alternate options available.
