Windows 10: the 2023 update that is blue screening eveyones computers

okay so I was told about the recent update where if you decided to update your pc theres always a constant blue screen every time you boot up your pc. now ive tried to disable the updates completetly but it didnt work ive managed to pause it for awhile. ive been panicking on what to do because ive been trying to stop the update for awhile now and tried to find ways to permanetly disable it. its trying to give me no other choice but to force an update and restart. i really need some help on what to do because I dont want to run the risk of updating it and breaking my pc all togeather.
