Windows 10: The 9 o l and . key column on my laptops keyboard do not function correctly.

A whole row of keyboard keysvertical do not function unless held down for around 3 seconds or more, sometimes they don't even respond. I never had this problem until a few days ago. Might have been caused by Windows update?

Function keys won't work w/o hitting Fn key also

So how do I get to BIOS + what do I do when I get there? The keyboard came with the new computer. Not impressed with any of it + especially Windows 10. The function keys clearly have their use listed on the key, but they won't work w/o the Fn key. That's definitely not right.

• Right-click on the keyboard device listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset and keyboard drivers.
