Windows 10: The A-button opens Steam overlay with Xbox Elite Series 2 controller on Windows

Hello all,My Xbox Elite Series 2 controller is unusable when used wirelessly on my Windows PC. I have seen multiple threads mentioning the exact problem I'm having, which is that the A button opens the Steam overlay when in game, or the Xbox game bar for some.This only happens when using the actual A button on the controller, not when using one of the buttons on the back that is also mapped to A.Mind you, this controller is new out of the box, and has done this since the first time I connected it.I checked for any updates for Windows, my bluetooth drivers or the controller itself but everythin

Xbox Elite controller Series 2 on windows 10

I am trying to use my xbox elite controller series 2 with my pc and when I plug it in with the cable I received when I bought the controller, it just vibrates. Then when I hold down the xbox button it will just keep flashing. This works when I do it on
my xbox so its not the cord or controller. Also I have been able to use it with this cable in the past. Anyone know why its not working all of a sudden.

Hello, My Xbox elite controller series 2 right thumbstick just stops working + when playing Destiny 2 in menu it changes from controller to mouse back a fourth.
