Windows 10: The age on my account has changed to my sons. I cannot change it back

Hi,I am having issues changing the date of birth through my account.I have tried with another account to amend through the Family setting - this just leads me to this screen.I logged a support call through Microsoft support live chat, and they suggested posting here.I have tried all online troubleshooting help and this has not worked either. Can someone at Microsoft just change my date of birth back? My hotmail account is older than the current date of birth showing on the account.

How to change child account to adult

Your Xbox Live account age will be based from the Date of Birth that you entered when you created your Xbox Live profile online. Once the account reaches the age of 18 years old, it will automatically change to adult.

If you accidentally set up an incorrect Date of Birth on the account, you have to wait for the account to become an adult or create a new account with the correct Date of Birth. However, if your account shows the correct Date of Birth and the system recognizes
it as child account, you can promote the child account to adult by adding a payment instrument and a billing information to your Microsoft Account. You can go to this

Help change age on profile

Hi,

Im trying to access mine and my sons account linked in family Saftey. My account has my sons date of birth on it and I am unable to change it due to age restriction. once I have done this I need to try and link mine and his account so I can give consent to buy a game for him on his computer. I have already spoken to someone in support who has sent me over to this link
