Windows 10: the app youre trying to install insnt a Microsoft verified app not listed

I cant install any apps. when i install i get "The apps you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft verified app not listed". I tried to chage the setting but the dropdown isnt there

There's a possibility that there's an issue with your Microsoft Store. I suggest that
you try to reset your store cache by following the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + R.
  
• 
  Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.
  
• 
  Check if it takes you to a store page which displays that the cache has been reset.
  
• 
  Now try to open the store app and check.

Step 1:

Go to Search box next to Windows icon and then type Apps & features

Step 2:

Click to open Apps & features settings

Step 3:

Under Installing Apps drop-down select Allow apps from anywhere

hello,

i have a windows 11 home in s mode. I have tried to download something but all it comes up with is 'the app your trying to install isn't a Microsoft verified app' I have looked to see if I can do it in settings but there is no option it choose where I download apps from. please can someone help me!!!
