    Hi. when I try to run a command "wsl --install" in a command prompt and in Windows PowerShell, the following error appears "The application cannot be started because it is currently updating."OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Home Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 System Model Inspiron 5515 System Type x64-based PCProcessor AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics, 1801 Mhz, 8 Cores, 16 Logical Processors Can you please help me solve this issue.     Explorer.exe, Werfault.exe, RuntimeBroker.exe (application errors). start wont come up and application errors wont go
