Windows 10: The application was not detected after the installation was completed successfully 0x87D1041C

Hello - I have a Win32 application deployed via InTune to 26 Windows 11 devices - All devices same make & model have reported back as Installed apart from one of them - One device is reporting "The application was not detected after the installation was completed successfully 0x87D1041C" - On checking the device manually I can see the application has installed, and if I look for the file I am using for detection it is present and correctGiven all the other devices are detecting the app ok I think the issue is with the device, not the InTune app detection rules.I have uninstalled and le

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

From yesterday I did not find any problem. But still I performed your suggested steps. I got following results.

About SFC

• Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations

About DISM

• CheckHealth result: No component store corruption detected.
• ScanHealth result: No component store corruption detected.
• RestoreHealth result: The restore operation completed successfully.

All three operation completed successfully.

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
