Windows 10: The application was unable to start correctly 0x000007b.

From february i have this error: The application was unable to start correctly 0x000007b.Click OK to close the application.

I tried to fix that, but i can't, first i reinstalled directx and the using cmd to scan my pc, i reinstalled the program too, but they didn't work. This problem is at Epic Games, Bus Simulator 18 and some games. In Bus Simulator 18 it's saying i don't have installed the directx runtime and then say click ok to install and when i pressed a program opened and it's saying i have directx runtime, i unistalled the directx from that program and same error and when i installed the error is still here. The problem is from february and in february i reinstalled windows in C and then the prefix of G was changed to D, i think is because that. What i can do now?

He already did that. The list of what the OP tried is long and it includes pretty much everything I'm aware of *Sad

How about temporary disable AV and any antiransomware product, and run Office repair again?

Edit: just now have i finished reading the part of the post describing how you deleted Windows.old.
This could be related. Normally, Windows doesn't need that old installation, but in some cases, some files could be needed..


Try with Repair install of the Windows.
