  2. Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 myClub error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

Hey everyone. I recently installed Steam on my Windows 10 64-bit PC and Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 myClub. The problem is that when I try to start the program the following message pops up: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Click OK to close the application.
    "

My question is what may be causing this issue and how do I resolve it? Thanks in advance! I'll be providing more details if you need them...
