    I tried some many things from youtube, stack overflow and so on . but nothing solved this promblem . Even i tried installing Microsoft Scanner and it shown there no malwares in your system even though , iam getting the same error try to solve the promblem

    "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."-is the error that I've been getting on many applications, reinstalling windows was an option suggested by many, and so did I, but it didn't seem to help at
    all, I've seen the applications work on different computers, but mine is only the exception.. any tips?

    I am trying to install Tableau Public 2018.2, but after the completion of the installation when I try to open it, the "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b). click ok to close the application" error
    is shown. I tried rebooting my computer, tried it running as administrator, reinstall/uninstall it several and also updated my system but nothing worked.

    Before the above (0xc00007b) error; I had

    "The program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

    after updating the windows and rebooting this error is gone.
