Windows 10: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150004) Clcik OK to close the application."

There has been some times where I had to turn off my computer with the button on my pc, which is what I think this problem is about and I've tried everything I know it's not a virus or malware because I was using it yesterday, but I've tried so much stuff to fix it and I've watched most of the tutorials to fix it and it won't even let me reset my whole computer. It just says something about there was a problem and no changes were made,I NEED HELP PLEASE.

After Windows Update all setups of application cannot be run.

And i got error "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc0150004"

Already tried to roolback the last windows updates but without result.

How to resolve it?

all, I've seen the applications work on different computers, but mine is only the exception.. any tips?
