"Weather wallpaper" app

I installed and app called "Weather wallpaper"

The app was a great concept where you have the option of using your own lockscreen wallpaper and have the current weather on it with a very clean look.....it was very nice only the app never updated and had to uninstall and reinstall thinking that might
solve the issue......that didn't work and had to uninstall, this time permanently....I was wondering if there is a bug or is it just a bad application that hasn't been tested for a period of time?

An idea of "Productive Wallpaper"?

Windows or their app developers can think about a new idea: productive wallpaper. What if our desktop wallpaper was a To-Do list? Or a Task Scheduler? What if we could edit our wallpaper at times to add new tasks, delete completed tasks, or add reminders? This can be an option. Just asking.
