Windows 10: The attached response I received to my question to the Community

I don't understand your message. I have contacted the community three times this past week asking for help to recover or restore Windows Media Player. When I bought this desktop it had Windows 10 home preinstalled. My operating system included Windows Media Player. At Christmas time I have used Media to copy videos of my grandsons and a grand nephew that my husband I watched when his parents were working to share with my 7 siblings and some of our cousins. I don't use it very often during the rest of the year.Well when i started my Christmas Cards this year I could not

Windows 10 Mail couldn't received attachment

In order to narrow down the cause of issue, we would need some more information regarding the issue.

1. Does the Mail App reflect all other emails from this sender except this particular email?
   
2. Could you try sending a test email with a different attachment with the same file extension and see if it reflects in Mail App?
   
   
   
   Meanwhile, we would suggest you to try following steps mentioned below and check.
   
   
   

1. Click on Settings (gear like icon).
   
2. Click on Focused Inbox (If not available, first click on
   Reading and you would see).
   
3. Turn off toggle switch under Sort messages into Focused and other.

At the top right of MS Community is the User Login

If you are not logged in, please log in

Then click your login pictire

Choose My Profile from the Drop Down List

Scroll down your profile page to find any question or post you have made

To stop receiving Emails from a thread, click the thread

At the bottom of the initial question, click the 3 Dots (ellipsis)

Click 'Unsubscribe'

That's It, you will no longer receive Emails from that Thread!

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
