Windows 10: The audio has suddenly stopped working on my lenovo ideapad 3

This happened two days ago. After installing an update from Windows Update, my audio suddenly stopped working. I looked up solutions online and ran a troubleshooter and it said that the audio services were not responding. I followed guides from many websites including the Lenovo support and this website but nothings worked. My drivers are up to date I think, I'm not very tech savvy, Windows Audio and Windows Endpoint Builder were both running and set to automatic when a website told me to check. I dont know what to do, this is a new laptop that I've had for less than three weeks. I updated my BIOS, I've tried so many things and I dont want to try anything else in case I damage my laptop more than its already apparently damaged. I cant even hear anything when using my earphones and those work fine.

Synaptic's Driver Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 for Windows 10

I am having trouble finding a Synaptic's driver for the Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 so that more functions can be used on the touchpad. Lenovo site does not list one for this computer. Any suggestions?

As the above description is not clear, do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the exactly issue you are facing with audio and how exactly are you trying to access it?
• What exactly do you mean by: Have windows 10, and suddenly my audio stopped?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system, prior to this issue?

I suggest you to install all the pending updates and audio drivers and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the audio drivers from Device Manager and check.

Steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start
  button from the desktop and select Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on
  High Definition Audio Device and click on Update driver software.
  
• 
  Also, try to search for the drivers with the help of model number of your computer from the Manufacturer’s website and install them.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
