    Hello everyone,I bought my computer Asus TUF Gaming A15 using window 11 few months ago and recently I tried to connect my earbuds to my computer, and I found that the audio track is choppy.1 The earbuds did not have sound choppy in certain positions.2 I have tested the Bluetooth connection using multiple earbuds, but all the earphones have the same problem. 3 All my earbuds are usable if I connected them to my other devices handphone, so it has a high possibility that it was my computer problem.4 I have run all these fixes, but the problem remains the same:Restarting the computerRun

    There may be some differences between the Left and Right earbuds, such as which microphone is being used.

    Does your position in the room make any difference?

    Have you tried disabling the Bluetooth on the iPhone to see if it might be interfering? The new iOS 17 just came out which may allow for firmware updates to the earbuds.

    It is hard to troubleshoot Bluetooth because you have no indication of signal strength or transmission speeds. If a stream is not adequate, it would cause the audio to be choppy. If you can move around, then wait a few seconds for the audio to catch up, you might be able to tell if the signal strength is sufficient.

    Bluetooth earbuds: Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro

    I just bought these earphones and they work perfectly on my phone (iOS) whether single-bud connection or not. On my laptop however (which did not come out of the box with W11), only when I am using just the left earbud do I not experience any choppy connection. If I am using both or only the right earbud, connection is very choppy. I have already tried deleting drivers and re-pairing the buds to no avail. Please help.

    UPDATE: I never took into consideration that I am using a dual-mode wireless mouse. When I disconnect the mouse and have just the buds connected to my PC, the audio issues disappear. From now on I have to use the 2.4ghz dongle mode on my mouse instead of Bluetooth. It's an acceptable workaround but I still wish Windows 11 was capable of the connection/s.
