The automatic repair is not working im in pc its stock in the "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." even if reset its said "its not worked no changes done" something. Even if i click start up settings i tried all of them but its coming back to the page that saying "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you."

Critical Service Failed - Automatic Repair and Advanced Options

Update:
Tried the Repair disk. Still back to "Your pc ran into a problem", "Preparing automatic repair" followed by Advanced Options which have been tried again.

Would anyone recommend:

• bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
• bootrec.exe /fixmbr
• bootrec.exe /fixboot

Otherwise, I have a bootable Win PE file waiting to be burned on to USB key, as suggested by other Forum user, but unsure what to do with it when (or if) it boots up the laptop.
