Windows 10: the automatic translation function has stopped working MS EDGE chromium

the automatic translation function has stopped working

e.g. at https://www.newsru.com/russia/ always translate pages from Russia to ENGLISH >>> MESSAGE APPEARS couldn't translate this page

try again ....and try again ...and try again .... this happens on most foreign language pages


AND BACK TO CHROME AGAIN .. :- :-

No Internet in Chrome but MS Edge (Chromium) works fine, how is it possible?

For some weird reason, chrome stops working in between. If restart the system it works again.

Am asking this question, using the same internet via MS Edge (Chromium). I tried other Microsoft products like IE, MS Edge, all working fine except chrome.

AFAIK, MS Edge (chromium) and Chrome both are based on chromium, but why it behaves different in different systems?

Case #1: Disabled all extensions, Same result

Case #2: Updated to latest build, Same result

Case #3: Uninstalled and Installed again, same result

Case #4: Stopped Sync, Deleted all info, same result

Case #5: Updating regedit values didn't help, same result

 

Microsoft Translator for Microsoft Edge in Windows 10

Hi, I need an answer to this that will work.

I use MS Translator for Edge quite a bit, and it has worked damn well for many months. It suddenly, today, 20th Sept, stopped working. It no longer appears in the Address Bar when a document in a foreign language opens, and no longer translates. I have
tried restarting Edge, but this has no effect. I download Translator again, installed it and restarted Edge, but this has no effect. What steps must I take to make Translator operate again.

1. As you’ve mentioned “if I try to install any usefull app it doesnt work !, what happens when you try to install the app?
   
2. Have you tried installing the apps from different browser?
   
3. If yes, what is the error code/error message you’ve received while trying to download from Edge browser?
   
4. Are you referring to any specific app or is this happening with all the applications?
   
5. Which build version of Windows is installed on the PC?

I suggest you to refer the article Use Microsoft Translator
in Edge browser on how to use Translator in Edge browser.

I also suggest you to add the Extension in Edge
browser and check the status of the issue.
