Windows 10: The background of the application icon in the "Open With" menu turns white when adding...

Please tell me what is the problem with which the background of the application icon in the "Open with" menu changes to white when adding AppUserModelId to the registry? If I don't add AppUserModelID to the registry, the icon background is displayed transparent, as I need.I register this value in the following way I need AppUserModelID to display the "recent" list in Jump List:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CSA.List.8AppUserModelID = CSA.Documents.7I have a classic Win32 application.Thanks in advance for the information!

Background applications

Hi Robert,

We understand that you don't want some apps to run on the background of your computer. What we suggest is to
control which apps are allowed to run in the background. To see which apps have permission, just follow the below steps:

• Open the Start menu or Start screen and select “Settings.”
• Click or tap the “Privacy” icon in the Settings.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select “Background apps.”
  
• You’ll see a list of apps that have permission to run in the background with an “On/Off” toggle.

Just bear in mind that, apps normally run in the background to update their live tiles, download new data, and receive notifications. If you want an app to continue performing these functions, you should allow it to continue running in
the background.

problem on a few menus - white text on white background

G'day all.

I have two instances of having white text on white backgrounds. I use start10 by Stardock, and on its menus, items currently highlighted are showing white text on a white background. Other (non-highlighted) items display correctly.

I also noticed this same thing when Cortana displays something like my shopping list. If i ask her to display my shopping list, she does, and i can see the checkboxes, but the actual text of the list is not visible.

I sense this has something to do with system level font/color settings, but I can't find where this is controlled in Win10.
