Windows 10: The battery of my laptop Dell Inspiron 5577 suddenly discharges from 71% to 7%

According to several diagnostics tools the health of my battery is good, but in practice it suddenly discharges. I just got a Dell Inspiron 5577 laptop today which experienced BSOD with Windows 10 version 1709. I have rolled back to an earlier version of Windows 10 but would appreciate any advice you may have. I have attached the DM Log Collector file.
