Windows 10: The binary submitted through the https direct link has changed!!!

HiI developed 3 apps.I tried to submit them on the Microsoft store.But every time I get this massage!The binary submitted through the https direct link has changed. Once submitted binaries must not change. If you change the binary of your installer, you need to submit it again with a versioned URL pointing to a new version of the app.It makes me crazy, because I submit the apps several times and I didn't change the links after submission.But I always get this report.Please help me.Thank you.Ali

How do I change scroll direction of a mouse NOT listed under Mice?

Thanks; yes, those are great directions and did work to change the direction of the wired mouse that came with the computer. But the mouse I'm using doesn't show up as a mouse in the hardware list, so I can't follow the rest of those steps. I need the mouse to appear on the list of mice in order to complete this sequence.

 

Submit a bios error

I got a His HD4870 turbo bios (which isn't in the bios list ) , it runs at 780/1000 , so i thought people might like to share it , but when i go to GPU-Z and try to submit a bios , it always fails , saying that it's ready there (this happened with my last card aswell HD3870 ) , but it's not in the list

Why is this ???? I have submitted it manually but it still hasn't been added to the list ...
