Windows 10: The bios version remains the same even after updating it.

I use Asus TUF gaming laptop and was facing issues with the screen like for example : i open a browser and start searching and scrolling when suddenly the cursor jumps to the url box and starts blinking and doesn't stop until i press f5 . And it also extends to the desktop where the folder and apps some of them at time start blinking and goes on blinking until i refresh by pressing f5. And i have tried so many different things i tried uninstalling and installing the drives of my cpu and gpu tried updating bios everything but that doesn't stop it. And also by the way i had a issue with my pa

BIOS update

i have momo GA-945PL-S3P(rev. 6.6) BIOS version (f4)
when i look in gigabyte website i found f5,f6,f7,f8 BIOS versions for my momo.
do i need to update my BIOS version ?
if i have to update, shall i install the last one (f8 ) or install each one ?
is it risky to update my BIOS version because i have no experience in bois update , is there easy step to update my bois?
