Windows 10: The bitlocker code mentioned in my microsoft account are not working..on feeding my code,...

When I punch in the recovery key that is given in my microsoft account and corresponds to my recovery key ID, it shows momentarily as UNLOCKING, and then the blue screen reappears. The recovery key is not working though I have tried several times

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

 

Problems with the Bitlocker code

I have purchased a Dell laptop with a digital licence. I am trying to obtain the Windows Bitlocker key in order to swap the HDD for a SSD. I have activated the program with Microsoft, but I cannot find an active Bitlocker code in my account. There are
4 different codes listed, but none of them work. Can anyone please advice how I can find a workable code for my OS. Thanks in anticipation

1.)once I open and turn on my laptop it directly takes me to a blue screen asking for the bit locker code

2.) I never even knew what a bit locker code was until that day, I never set up any code on my laptop

3.) when I sign in, it says that there is no available code and that is weird because is set up my laptop with that email/account
