  1. The "Bluetooth Audio Receiver" app is at a fixed volume.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I always connected my phone to my PC through the bluetooth audio receiver app, so i could hear the sound of my phone also coming through my headphones, but since a few weeks it started playing everything on my phone on a fixed, very loud volume. Does anyone know a way to fix this, or another way to achieve the same thing?

    :)

  2. Sometimes can't change volume level on Bluetooth speak audio receiver

Sometimes the volume control stops working for my Bluetooth audio receiver (which identifies as a Roxa Plus). I have tried switching to another audio device and then switching back, but this doesn't help. Disconnecting the bluetooth device and reconnecting it gets the volume working properly, but this is annoying if I am in the middle of listening to music. Is there a way to fix this problem properly, or at least to get it working again without interrupting the audio stream?

By disconnecting do you mean uninstalling?......If not try uninstall then reinstall.
Have you checked driver in Device Manager?

Bluetooth Audio Receiver is not working (Idle)

    Hello Sebastian-De

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

It sounds like you've already gone through a comprehensive troubleshooting process for your "Bluetooth Audio Receiver" software issue. Given the steps you've taken, here are a few more suggestions and potential causes to explore:

    1. Compatibility Issues: Ensure that the "Bluetooth Audio Receiver" software is fully compatible with the current version of your operating system. Sometimes, software updates or OS updates can introduce compatibility issues.
    2. Bluetooth Services: Check the Bluetooth support service in your operating system. Ensure that the service is running correctly. You can do this by going to the Services app in Windows and checking the status of services related to Bluetooth (e.g., "Bluetooth Support Service" or similar). Restart these services and see if that helps.
    3. Software Configuration: Look into the settings or configuration options within the "Bluetooth Audio Receiver" software. There might be settings that need to be adjusted or toggled to recognize new devices properly.
    4. Bluetooth Profiles: Ensure that the Bluetooth profiles required by the "Bluetooth Audio Receiver" software are supported by your Bluetooth adapter and the mobile phones you're trying to connect. Not all Bluetooth adapters support all profiles, and this could cause connectivity issues.
    5. Alternative Software: If the problem persists, you might want to look into alternative software solutions for receiving audio from your mobile device over Bluetooth. There are various applications out there that might offer similar functionality.
    6. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to the support team for the "Bluetooth Audio Receiver" software. They might be aware of this specific issue and could offer a solution or workaround.
Since the issue is with the software not recognizing devices rather than a hardware connectivity issue (as evidenced by your jukebox working fine), the problem likely lies within the software itself or its interaction with your system's configuration.

If there is anything that is unclear or I can't understand your problem, please feel free to let me know.

    Best regards
