Windows 10: The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system....

I was on a game installation and my Pc just freeze, i restart it and windows cant launch .I make a windows USB tool to try to repair, i choose repair windows but it doesnt work and next screen was windows boot manager with "The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system. File: \BCD Status: 0xc0000098 Error code: 0xc0000098"I try to restart to make another choice instead repair but every restart the Pc shows this screen.When i remove the USB ther is this screen

I am having HP 2000 Laptop with pre - loaded official Windows 8 OS. I got the message for automatic up gradation to Windows 10 and I opted for that. After July 29th (I don't remember the date exactly on which date it was installed), I got the Windows 10
installed online. From that day, I am getting the following message on every time I am starting my Laptop:

The Boot configuration data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system.

Error Code:OXC0000098

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media(like a disc or USB device) contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

Press Esc for UEFI Firmware settings.

"

When I press Esc it goes further and the following Message comes:

Startup menu

F1 System Information

F2 System Diagnostics

F9 Boot Device options

F10 BIOS Set up

F11 System Recovery

Enter - Continue Startup

When I press Enter, it goes for normal operation and thereon no problem.

Please suggest the get rid of the starting Hick up and waste of time.
