Windows 10: The boot loop on Windows 10

I was having some major issues with my father-in-laws computer. He shut the computer off when doing updates and then I am not sure what happened but somehow he managed to get a second operating system after the update.Also because the computer was choosing this false operating system it wasn't able to boot and then it was shutting off and then caught into a loop.None of the Function keys were working and turning the computer off three times wasn't working either.This is how I eventually fixed it:First I shut off the computer by holding the power button for 5 seconds. HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
