Windows 10: The brightness is automatically lowered

Hello, good morning, afternoon or evening, recently my laptop has been completely formatted and a problem that has arisen is that currently every time I play a video in full screen on youtube or in windows player, as soon as the cursor disappears, the video automatically lowers the brightness until you press the cursor again or raise or lower the brightness manually this only happens when it is not connected to the power, I have searched in many places and I do not find a solution so I ask that you please help me with this problem, thanks in advance.

• Turn Off Automatically adjust display

• Perform a soft reset to refresh your device. Press and hold Volume Down+Power
  button until phone vibrates and restarts.
• Turn On Automatically adjust display brightness again.
  
  

If issue still persist, your device light sensor maybe malfunctioning and may require repair/replacement.

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.
