Windows 10: The built-in camera isn't working in a Windows 10 PC.

We have a Windows 10 computer on which the built-in H-P TrueVideo HD Camera comes up, but has this error message displayed:


"Something went wrong - if you need it, here's the error code: 0xA00FA271<MediaCapturFailedEvent>0xC00D3E82".


First, I went to camera screen > Settings > Related Settings > Change where photos & videos are saved > new photos & videos will save to Windows C: > this location could not be changed.

----------The staff user I was logged in as WAS already a local machine Administrator as well as an Active Directory domain user.


Next I ran control panel > Device Manager > Cameras > H-P TrueVision HD Camera > I was told "this device is working property > I tried to update the camera driver and was told the most current version was intalled.


Then I went to the PC's Control Panel >Troubleshooting > couldn't find anything to troubleshoot that was relevant to cameras.


Therefore, I am sending you folks this question. Hopefully someone on here will have an answer relatively soon. IF I need to post this question in a better place, please advise me.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
