The buttoms of the keyboard when Im pressing them are displayed on the screen, How can I turn them off?

windows start buttom and search buttom are not responding

all of a sudden, i realized that windos buttom on the screen and on the key board are not responding preventing me from displaying all programes and other features. toghther with search buttom which is not working as well. i am using windows 10
