Windows 10: The buttons of the system in the taskbar windows, wifi, battery, etc does not oppen

Good afternoon.I am trying to open my wifi to select it but it does not oppen, the battery, volume, windows button, search, etc does not work either, as well as the comands from my keyboard such as Windows+V, Alt+Tab, etc. I run all the troubleshooters and I get that there is a problem with windows search and with an update, however I shut down the computer and it does not work.Please tell me what is happening if anyone knows. And how to resolve it.Thanks.

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

It is possible that there is an issue with the drivers of your computer's battery. This can be the reason why the battery icon in the taskbar is missing and the
Power icon in the System tray options is greyed out. We need to refresh the drivers of the battery so that its icon will appear in the task bar again. To do this, follow these steps:

• Right-click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Batteries, and then right-click AC Adapter.
• Choose Disable.
• Right-click ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery, and choose
  Disable.
• After disabling these two drivers, re-enable them.
• Check if the battery icon is present in the taskbar.
