Windows 10: The caps-lock turns on and the magnifier launches automatically in windows 10.

I am using windows 10, the caps-lock and the magnifier launches suddenly. When this happens the keyboard becomes non operational. Also, Microsoft edge opens with the windows help page. I close the magnifier and the Microsoft Edge, and when I press caps-lock again, the same happens. Magnifier open and the Microsoft edge opens with the get help page. I have tried solution in the Microsoft support to do a clean boots.. scan for corrupt files etc, but none worked.

This is likely to be one of those where, as I don't know what you've already tried, I'll have spent time suggesting what you have tried. That's why I asked for a clear list of what you have tried. Do you see this when you toggle caps lock?
