    The clock in Windows 10 displays noon as ‘12:00 PM’. How can I turn it into ‘12:00 noon’?


    Can I make the clock in Windows 10 display noon as ‘12:00 noon’ instead of ‘12:00 PM’ by making changes in Registry Editor? I’ve noticed there’re string values called ‘s1159’ and ‘s2359’ at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International, which govern how ‘AM’ and ‘PM’ should look like: e. g., you can change the values to ‘a. m.’ and ‘p. m.’, and the clock will show something like ‘1:30 p. m.’. So, I wonder if I can add a string value to achieve what I want.

    If Registry Editor is the wrong place, I wonder where I sholuld go?

    Is 12 noon considered to be 12 AM or 12 PM for purposes of the ACTIVE HOURS for windows 10 updates?
