Windows 10: The CMD opens and closes quickly every 5 minutes

The CMD opens and closes quickly every 5 minutes An annoying problem that takes me out of any program I'm working on I checked an antivirus and found no errors or any virus Finally I was able to take a screenshot showing the problem Please reply and help me solve the problem

CMD Window Quickly Opens and Closes

I have noticed lately that in specific intervals, there is some program that is automatically running – I can tell that because a CMD window quickly opens and quits. It even minimizes games, which is annoying. Unfortunately, I can't discover which program automatically runs at this specific minute (38th and sometimes 44th minute of every hour). I checked processes and all processes by the ProcessMonitor application, but there are so many items I cannot figure out which program it could be. I am using Windows 10 Professional.

 

CMD Opens and Closes Rapidly Every 20 Minutes

I found the thread posted by a person who can see what the CMD screen says before closing; it happens too fast for me. I also read that Autoruns is a tool that can remedy this problem. So I'm hoping to get some modified advice for my circumstance. This started immediately after I upgraded to Windows 11 through Windows Update (22H2 Build 22621.755). Every 20 minutes starting on the hour. Can't see what the CMD screen is trying to do. Thanks for your time.

 

Why did CMD opened and closed quickly at Windows 10 startup?

So I have done a clean install of windows then after windows automatically installed my drivers I restarted my PC and then 2-3 CMDs opened and closed quickly (like 2-3 seconds). the only thing that is saw is the title bar which said "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe".

So my question is that is it a virus or is it a Windows 10 bug?

Edit: It only happens sometimes
