Windows 10: the colors are mixed up and they are not true colors

the faces are green and reds are pink

True Color

I downloaded Windows 10 to my PC laptop which had Windows 8.1. After downloading, says True color did not download. How do I download True Color on my laptop again?

  Follow the path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors.

  On the right pane, look for the value of HotTrackingColor.
  

Select a color and copy your color numbers

True Color

I recently reset my Dell Inspiron 5567 and I used to have true color installed. But after the reset it isn't there anymore. How do I reinstall it?
