Windows 10: The colour display calibration keeps resetting. How do I fix this?

Hello everyone,For a while now I believe that this first began happening after my laptop updated to Windows 11, Windows refuses to save my colour calibration settings.Everytime I turne it off and turn it back on, as well is close it put it to sleep and open it, the colour calibration settings turn off, and the only thing that I can do is go back to the settings do re-do it all again.This is quite frustrating...I have tried everything that I could find online.I checked whether my graphics drivers are up-to-date - they are. I checked whether Windows 11 has all necessary updates - it does.How

Here are the steps that could possibly fix the issue.

Step 1: Update the graphics driver

• Right click start then click Device Manager
  
• Locate Display adapter then Double-click on the entry for your graphics card and switch to the Driver tab. Click on Update Driver
  
• Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

Colour Calibration wont' save

I have a HP Pavilion 15 laptop running Windows 10 Pro (18362) and the screen colour is too blue/green for my preference. I've followed instructions to calibrate the screen and it won't save.

I go into COLOUR MANAGEMENT, click the ADVANCED tab, click CALIBRATE DISPLAY, follow the calibration options to set the colour, click NEXT to save and...it resets to the original settings.

If I go back to COLOUR MANAGEMENT and click RELOAD CURRENT CALIBRATIONS, it loads my settings however if I click CLOSE or click any other window, it reverts to the strong blue setting again. I can only see my colour calibration when I'm in the COLOUR MANAGEMENT
window.

I've tried calibrating the system defaults - same thing happens.

I've tried updating the drivers for the display (NVIDIA GeForce MX130 and Intel UHD Graphics 620) - but it's no help, still same problem.

Am I missing something here? Any advice?

I can't cope with this display - it's making the device unusable & a waste of ££

my windows 10 colour calibration settings keeps changing every time when I restart my pc..

I even tried "set as default profile"
