Windows 10: The colour yellow has been replaced with the colour green

Hello,Accouple of days ago, I noticed my colours were a bit "odd".Then I watched a Simpsons episode and everyone was now green instead of their normal yellow.I then tested other episodes of the Simpsons and they were all green. Not an issue with a corrupt/damaged video file.If I use PLEX to watch the Simpsons episode on another device, yellow is still the normal yellow.When I Google the colour yellow, green colours are displayed. Not a video playback issue.I have two monitors Panasonic plasma and a LG Flatron that both show yellow as green. Not a faulty monitor.I have reset the basic s

colour change

Using my laptop and left it for a bit, when returned the home screen has changed colour, very bland grey, white and peoples hair is yellow. No warm colours they disappeared. Any suggestion as to get my normal colours back

 

Colour issue

The colour Yellow does not show up in any application, it shows up as a shade of green even though the name is shown as yellow. I am using Windows 10

 

How to back green colour screen

Thanks for your nice advice but I'm so sorry that it can't change back to Green Colour Home Screen. I was according to your instruction but the following is show :



1) Architecuture : which is red colour with draongs on top of roof of Chinese Temple

2). Htc-default : which is grey with a slight of silver colour

3). Window pre-setted : which is blue colour.



As I bought this HTC on 30th Sept that it was showed Green Colour Screen but I didn't remeber was I incorrective to press any buttom to make it change blue colour. As I wanted back to home screen it's failed so I need your kindly advice again. For reason
of I bought this moible is because I like Green Colour Screen at my mobile.
