    Hi, I have a problem with my computer. When I try to install an update I get ERROR 0x80080005 and in the microsoft store the apps never go "pending". I have a good internet speed and enough space on the Hard Drive. Says MAJOR UPDATES ARE MISSING. Any suggestion?

    Sorry? Have you got the correct Tweaking .com's repair tool? Or followed the steps to the end where you actually do the numbered repairs?

    It guides you through stages of preparation, then you perform the repairs in Safe Mode.

    Of course, you can just go to Safe Mode, launch the program, and directly run the repairs, missing the preparation... not the best of ideas. It's designed to give you ways of going back if something goes wrong by creating a restore point, registry backup... then doing the repairs.

    Greetings!

    I have a problem with my computer. It stopped installing UPDATES and anything from
    MICROSOFT STORE. When I try to install an update I get ERROR
    0x80080005 and on the microsoft store the apps never make it past
    ''PENDING''.

    My internet speed is great (400 mb/s) and my computer has loads of storage available on the C drive (80GB). It just won't update. It says that
    IMPORTANT UPDATES ARE MISSING but it just won't install them...

    Any suggestions?
