  1. The computer freezes and a blue screen crashes after a couple of minutes.

The blue screen usually crashes when the system is idle, there was no blue screen during games or other loads. I think it may be due to the undervolting of the processor, although I lowered the voltage by only 0.075V.Error from Event Viewer:Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">- <System> <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" Guid="{331c3b3a-2005-44c2-ac5e-77220c37d6b4}" /> <EventID>41</EventID> <Version>9</Version> <Level>1</Level> <Task>63</Task> <Opco

  2. Computer Freezes Then Blue Screen

    Hello,

A stop error (also called a "blue screen" error) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. These errors can be caused by both hardware and software issues.

For us to better assist you, we'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • What is the make and model of your device?

Meanwhile, we suggest performing the steps on this article
on how to troubleshoot blue screen errors on Windows 10.

We look forward to your response.

    Regards.

  3. Windows 11 Random Blue Screen Crash, May be Associated with Freezing

    Hello,

Windows 11 is blue screen crashing, apparently randomly.

The last crash was due to: memory management.

I have not observed any correlation with any actions/programmes etc.

I observe the following, though may be unrelated:

    1. I have experienced crashes on a couple of occasions when initiating periodic restarts,
      1. I.e. I generally restart every couple of days, according to my experience with legacy Windows, and the crash occurs just after I elect: Windows, and restart.
    2. The computer periodically freezes for a few seconds, one, to two, occasions per day, and
      1. The computer recovers on occasions, though apparently crashes, say ~ 50 %, of the occasions, and
      2. I use Windows Media Center, yes the dated programme, that apparently periodically requires a restart/physical removal/installation of the USB TV tuner to operate, and I suspect this is after a freeze.
    3. I am experiencing folders periodically automatically jumping to the top, that I suspect may be related to the freezing.

I unsuccessfully modified the virtual memory according to the following: custom size: min/max (MB): 100 000, and 200 000.

I have provided the Minidump files, including the latest, following:

    Thanks and regards.

  4. The computer freezes and a blue screen crashes after a couple of minutes.

The screen freezes and blue screen crashes

Typically when a computer freezes and blue screens means that is more than likely hardware related. I would suggest taking it to a repair shop to get it looked at. Hope that helps.
