Windows 10: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck" causing BSOD and reboot.

I've tried reinstalled my newest piece of hardware drivers and reinstalling. I've reset my PC through the recovery option. Not sure why this keeps happening so i'm here to try and get some answers. It only seems to happen when downloading something for more than about 3 minutes or so. It is not application specific. It does it with Steam, BattleNet and a couple of other game launchers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I assume someone will want the dmp file. I can provide if requested.
