Windows 10: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. ERROR/BSOD?

So i've been experiencing alot of BSODs lately, and i recently had this error from the last BSOD. I've done alot of troubleshooting and went to the device manager, cmdadmin, did a dsim healthrepair, and from all the BSODs i've had this is the first time I had this from event viewer:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff8011a0fa320. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 1f460ec8-c981-43e7-a8ce-aa03b174cca9.
Can someone help me solve this issue?

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?
