This error has been disturbing me a lot recently, PC crashes like in every week.

For event 1001, details: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000010, 0xffff8486823d9028, 0xffff848665a7392c, 0xffff848665c4d1a0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\101922-4953-01.dmp. Report Id: 2c01b0e4-d8f4-401b-91d3-5183d501997d.

After event 1001, event 7000 happened immediately (Event 7000 usually comes after event 1000, but it does not necessarily happen),

The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV19 service failed to start due to the following error:

The system cannot find the file specified.

I suspect the problem lies on the AMD chipset driver that I installed, but the system sometimes crash without the AMDRyzenMasterDriver error so I am thinking about other hardware problems like the RAM or the PSU. Unfortunately I do not currently have the dump file for the situation where event 7000 does not happen with event 1001.

Could anyone please help with fixing this issue? It would be very helpful if anyone could tell me the cause and the solution.

Lately my computer has been restarting out of nowhere at random times, doesn't show a BSOD it just black screens and restarts.

This is the error that shows on eventviewer:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

The two instances I remember it crashing was when playing a game and when downloading a file.

Haven't made any changes into hardware/software lately.
