Windows 10: The computer has turned in but the screen is black there are four icons on the bottom right...

The computer has turned on but the screen is black and I can't get to the home screen. The bottom right corner has four icons. I have tried to restart and this hasn't worked. ***Moved from Microsoft 365 and Office / Other / For education / Other***

Black screen after turning on computer cant log in
