Windows 10: The computer is online, but it shows "Not connected offline" in Settings - Home.

The Windows version is 24H2, 26100.2605. The computer is connected to the internet, but it shows "Not connected - Offline" in Settings - Home. This is obviously a bug, and it only becomes normal after refreshing several times.

HP Printer shows Offline

• Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
