Windows 10: The computer restorted unexpectedly or occurred and unexpected error Windows 7 Setup

Hello my computer was froze on the Windows 7 setup I have to force shut down but now when I restart it shows me this error does anyone know how to fix this I don’t even have a windows setup with me I only start the .exe program with Windows 10 because my computer was glitching a lot on windows 10 please help me I don’t want my computer to let me down

Error: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed" on Windows 10

error message comes up saying : the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

Needless to say, does not work and I am traveling so have no utilities or re-install materials. Suggestions?

Error message "The Computer Restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error" after System Startup on Windows 10 Recovery

Recently, I needed to restore my laptop to factory settings. I have Lenovo Ideapad
300-15isk Model Number 80q7. Installation was in process, but unfortunately laptop turned off because the battery was low. When I turned it on again I was getting this
error message "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed To install Windows, click ok to restart the computer, and then restart installation"
. After that I did a quick research and found this solution.

• When you see “The computer restarted unexpectedly” error message press Shift + F10 on your keyboard. This should open Command Prompt.
• Enter regedit and press Enter to start Registry Editor.
• Once Registry Editor starts, navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion and double click the setup.exe in the right pane.
• Change the Value Data from 1 to 3 and click OK to save changes.
• Close Registry Editor and restart your computer.

I followed the exact same steps and restarted my laptop. Now I'm not getting that error but when it reaches to the screen which shows the status/process percentage, it restarted again, and its keep doing this.

I bought this Laptop few months ago and windows was pre-installed in it. So, i don't have any disc to load windows files from it.
