    The computer screen sometimes displays the old page when I am switching to a new page


    The computer screen sometimes displays the old page when I am changing to a new page, for example when I am opening facebook and then I change the tab to youtube, there are some facebook pages that are still stuck not one full screen and it takes a few seconds to get the youtube page completely

    Display of Home page

    Hi Patricia,

    The screen settings of the computer may have been changed after the update or switched upside down accidentally. We recommend using the shortcut key to bring the display back to normal. Follow the steps below:

    • Press and hold Ctrl + Alt, then press the UP
      arrow.

    This page can't be displayed

    Not sure why but at the moment my computer is connected to the internet but It says the page cannot be displayed if does anyone know what might be wrong?!

    Page cant be displayed

    2 days ago my computer started saying "page cant be displayed" I have strong Internet connection. MSN.com and Google Chrome both bring up the home screens. When I go to search the Web it comes up page cant be displayed. I have tried several reset options
    listed on this forum, but none of them have worked.. please an advice, I need this for my business
