Windows 10: The computer started unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error

Hi when I turn on my HP lap top then on screen it appears that the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.window instalation cannot proceed .To install Windows click ok But when i click ok same thing comes up.Can someone help please, Thanks.

Error: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed" on Windows 10

error message comes up saying : the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

Needless to say, does not work and I am traveling so have no utilities or re-install materials. Suggestions?

I have a RCA cambio 2/1 tablet pc laptop windows 10 that i restarted because it was slow but now its stuck on the start up screen with an Error message "The Computer Restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error" after System Startup on Windows........
Plz help
